Recommended Tuition & Fees

God has inspired us to do something amazing at Servants University (SU) to make education affordable to all qualified Christians, whether they can afford it or not. Our tuition and fees are recommended. We ask each student who desires to study at Servants University to pray and evaluate the recommended tuition and fees below to see if they can afford to pay them or not. If they can pay them, great, they should apply and pay them. However, if the student self-declares (and we don’t do any verification) that they can’t afford them, each semester, they will bring their best offering to God (even if that’s $1), and the Shaping Destiny scholarship will cover all remaining tuition and fees. This makes Servants University literally accessible to almost every student who desires to study here. Our goal is that together with our students and the donors God provides and will provide for us, we can make learning at Servants University be what is described in the following Bible passages:  2 Cor. 8:13-15; Acts 2:44-45, and Acts 4:32-3.

Recommended Undergraduate Tuition Rates

Our very low undergraduate tuition rates are as follows:
Full-time tuition: $145 per credit hour.
Part-time tuition: $155 per credit hour.

Recommended Graduate Tuition Rates

Our very low graduate tuition rates are as follows:
Full-time tuition: $155 per credit hour.
Part-time tuition: $165 per credit hour.

Our recommended tuition and fees are much lower than what most colleges and universities across the U.S. are charging. The average tuition rate for U.S. colleges is about $350 to $500 per credit hour. SU’s rates are much lower and won’t change until you finish your education. And if you can no longer afford them at any time, you can apply for the Shaping Destiny Scholarship.

Definitions

Full-time means taking 12 or more credit hours per semester.

Part-time means taking less than 12 credit hours per semester.

For example, if you were to take two 3-credit hour courses per semester (i.e., part-time) your tuition would be $155 x 3 credits = $465 per course or $930 for two courses.

We believe that Jesus would want any student who truly desires to study his word to do so, whether they had enough money to pay for it or not–as long as they are willing to sacrifice their very best. We expect every student to make sacrifices and contribute to their education at Servants University, but if their greatest sacrifice is still not financially adequate to cover their tuition costs, we work with students to make it possible for them to attend. As such, Servants University is an institution that students from any background or financial status can afford.
