What is iSlimFit?
iSlimFit or the Intensive Slim Fit Program is a health promotion program that teaches evidenced-based habits designed to help people become slim and fit, eat the foods they enjoy, lose weight without dieting, and enjoy a healthy and fulfilled life.
Using the principles taught in the intensive Slim Fit program, I personally lost 50 lbs in about 5 months. I became full of energy, my blood pressure dropped, and my self-esteem improved tremendously.
For years now, I have been passionately studying these principles. Now, I want to teach my kids, my patients, and everyone who wants to learn how to transform their own lives and the lives of those around them. This program is not a diet, it’s not restrictive, it’s a lifestyle change. It’s a new way of treating to food and your health.
Why iSlimFit?
iSlimFit isn’t only about weight loss. It’s about much more than that. It’s about transforming people’s lives and helping them craft a better future for themselves. It’s about freedom from the shackles of overweight and obesity. It’s about giving people control of their lives. It’s about living healthy and fulfilled lives.
If you’ve ever struggled to lose weight, you will realize how empowered you become when you reclaim the power to control your own weight and your own life. It’s life-changing. It makes you believe that you can do anything you set your mind to it. And I believe you can!
The principles taught in iSlimFit are the best way to learn self-discipline that I know.
How to start the journey of becoming Slim Fit.
On a regular basis, I will share evidence-based articles on how to lose weight, keep it off, and enjoy and fulfilled life without dieting. I will bring in ideas from experts and authorities all over the world. I will also share my own personal journey and expertise on the subject.
I open up the 12-week life-changing iSlimFit program only twice a year. If you are interested in taking it, email me and I will let you know when the class is open.
