What is the first thing a Christian should learn to do?
Hint: It’s also the most important for every believer
- 1st Person: Know God. Know he loves us.
- 2nd Person: Know how to hear God.
- Third person: Know how to read the Bible. He needs to learn how to use his manual or guide for life.
What I think is the right answer: Walk by the Spirit (Galatians 5:16).
For the Christian, the guide for life is a person, not a book. It’s a person who holds your hand, gives you power to live, and overcome. The Bible is crucial but as part of walking by the Spirit, so is hearing God or knowing more about God.
