Teacher’s Scorecard at Servants University

The mission of the Teacher’s Role
The mission of the teaching role at SU is to do two mission-driven things that help SU achieve its mission to “go into all the world and teach….”
These are:
1) Teach with excellence, and
2) Represent SU in your community (this is the “go” part for the teacher at SU)

Outcomes

OUTCOMES Ratings & Comments
1 Keep students highly engaged and enjoying learning as measured by low dropout rates and high student satisfaction rates.
2 Empower students to pursue their dreams of achieving their training and going on to serve God, as measured by a great majority of students who go through your course continuing with their certificate and degree programs (not dropping out after your course because you discouraged them, lol).
3 Be an excellence-driven teacher as measured by the following:
1) Adhering to required course creation and teaching practices ≥ 90 % of the time across all categories of teaching-related duties,
2) Earning ≥ 90% quality score on all key content that is created,
3) Earning ≥ 90 % ratings on classroom observations/reviews and annual performance evaluation. Continually improve practice from feedback from students and classroom observations.
4 Be actively involved in building the SU team as measured by attending ≥ 90% of faculty meetings, contributing ideas, and taking actions with other team members that help fulfill the school’s mission of taking the high-quality Christian education we offer to everyone everywhere who needs it.
5 Represent the University in your community, and when God gives you opportunities, talk about what we do, how you participate in it, and how others can join in. Those who are proud of what we do won’t be able to stop talking about it with others.
