How to Register for Classes

To register for classes, check our academic calendar to see when classes will start next. One month before the class start date, register for classes as shown below. If you were admitted late, register for classes as soon as possible. If you have any questions, email registrar@servantsuniversity.com, and our registrar’s office will gladly assist you.

Use the following steps to register for courses.

Step 1: Check your degree or certificate program

Check your Degree or Certificate Program and cross off all the courses you have already taken or are currently taking. That leaves you with the courses you need to take to graduate.

Step 2: Review Current Courses

Current courses are courses that will be offered in the upcoming semester. Review them to see which will satisfy your degree or certificate completion. That gives you courses you can take now. Courses not required for your degree or certificate may be taken as electives.

Step 3: Complete the Class Request Form

Complete the Class Request Form with the courses you wish to take. If you need help, please email registrar@servantsuniversity.com, and we’ll gladly help.

Step 4: Pay Assessment Fees.

After choosing classes, pay the small per-course assessment fees.

To know how much you should pay, multiply your assessment fee by the number of courses you have registered for. Note that the assessment fee depends on whether you are an undergraduate student or a graduate student and whether you are going for a certificate or a degree. Pick the right assessment fee for you, depending on the program you’ve been admitted into. For example, an undergraduate student in a degree program who registered for four courses will pay $145 per course x 4 courses = $580.

If you have any questions, email the registrar’s office at registrar@servantsuniversity.com.

Students who can’t afford the small assessment fees can take all our classes free of charge and benefit from the training and knowledge without getting a certificate or degree.

Those who can’t afford the small assessment fees but really want to get a certificate or degree can apply for the scholarship.

If you can pay the assessment fees but would like to do so on a payment plan, please let us know.

Pay Assessment Fees and Donation of any amount.

Step 5: Enroll and Start Classes

After you’ve gone through the preceding steps, you are ready to enroll and start taking classes. Go to Servantsclass.com and create a new account.  Servantsclass.com is the portal where we offer all our courses. After creating a new account, follow the instructions there to take the student orientation, enroll in the courses you selected, and start taking them!

When you enroll in a course, the first thing to do is purchase your books and required resources so that you are ready to take classes on the class start date.

Your professor(s) will contact you shortly before the class start date to welcome you into the course and provide any directions needed.

Note:

Note: Students may be admitted after the deadlines on the academic calendar. This is based on the availability of space in courses. Please contact the admissions office.

Also, note that in some rare situations, we may change the current courses offered after you’ve requested courses and even paid for them. If this rare situation happens, we will work with students who have paid to either refund money or put them in other classes that will work with their degree or certificate program. We rarely make such changes and won’t do it after students have purchased books and study materials unless the course is delayed only a few months.
