We offer excellent tuition-free education to everyone. Yes, you read correctly. That means students don’t pay to attend classes; the instruction is free. The only requirement that goes with receiving our free instruction is that students donate any amount God puts into their hearts once per semester. That amount can be as little as one cent or as large as you choose to give to God to support tuition-free education.
This makes Servants University accessible to almost every student who desires to study here. Our goal is that with the students, volunteer professors, and donors God provides, we can make learning at Servants University be what is described in the following Bible passages: Â 2 Cor. 8:13-15; Acts 2:44-45, and Acts 4:32-3.
Application Fee
All applicants are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $45. Those who can’t afford this fee can apply for a waiver that allows them to pay $1 as their application fee.
Course Assessment Fees
The following per-course assessment fees apply only to students who want instructor assessment of their assignments and exams, which is necessary to earn credit. Note that instruction itself is free to all students. However, those who want to earn credit pay these fees when registering for each course.
- Undergraduate degrees: Â $145 per course
- Undergraduate certificates: $195 per course
- Graduate degrees: $245 per course
- Graduate certificates: $295 per course
Those who can’t afford these low assessment fees but want to earn credit towards a certificate or degree can apply for a scholarship to cover these fees.
Total Costs
The total approximate costs to earn a degree at Servants are as follows:
- Associate degree: $2,945
- Bachelor’s degree: $5,845
- Master of Arts degree: $2,985
- Master of Divinity degree: $5,925
Note: These estimated costs do not include 1) the cost of books, which may be between 0 and 50 dollars per course, and 2) the per-semester donations of any amount that students give to support what God is doing to provide tuition-free education here.
**The estimated costs above assume all courses are taken at Servants University. However, depending on your program of study, we may direct you to take a few courses at other online institutions, which would cost more than the small assessment fees that go with our tuition-free education.
To estimate the total costs for any other program of study besides those listed above, multiply the total number of courses in the program by the corresponding per-course assessment fee above and add the application fee of $45.
Our tuition-free education makes it extremely affordable to get a certificate or degree from Servants University. The average tuition rate for U.S. colleges is $1,050 to $1500 per course. Compared with these tuition rates, the small assessment fees SU requires per course for those who want to earn credit is minimal.
