Here are several things that will help suppress appetite during a fast, allowing you to skip breakfast and lose weight.

  1. Water (pure water)
  2. Bone Broth (homemade. Store brands are highly processed).
  3. Green Tea. It’s rich in antioxidants and polyphenols. Its powerful anti-oxidants may help stimulate metabolism and increase weight loss.
  4. Coffee. Coffee is also a good appetite suppressant. It does this not merely because of the caffeine in it but also mainly because of the antioxidants in it. Caffeine may raise metabolism and increase fat burning.
  5. Cinnamon. Studies have shown that cinnamon slows gastric emptying and may help to suppress hunger. It may also help lower blood sugars, which will help with weight loss. You can add cinnamon to coffee, tea
  6. Water with lemon juice (citric acid).
  7. Water with very little orange juice (citric acid). For example, to skip breakfast, drink 1 liter of orange water between 9:00 am and noon. Eat lunch if hungry. Orange water is a mixture of about half a cup of orange juice in one liter of water.

Detox drink

It can also be taken right before meals to help stabilize blood sugars and burn fat. If you are doing a cleanse, take it three times daily.

Detox drink: 1-2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar + 2 tbsp of lemon juice (or 1 squeezed lemon) + 1 tsp of cinnamon + a small whiff of cayenne pepper + 1 sachet of stevia all in an 8 oz glass of water.

**Use unpasteurized and unrefined apple cider vinegar.
